About the Presenter

As CEO of Organisation Solutions, James leads a global consulting practice of more than 300 coaches, assessors, and leadership development professionals across five continents. For over 15 years, he has led the research & development efforts for the innovative Growth Leader Assessment Suite. James holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
